Orders are placed and paid on our secure payment site, pay.globularcluster.ca, operated by Globular Cluster Technology Software Limited. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Credit & debit cards
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Available for all services, including monthly subscriptions.
WeChat Pay
Available for payments in CAD. Choose WeChat Pay at checkout and scan the QR code with the WeChat app to confirm.
Alipay
Available for payments in CAD. Choose Alipay at checkout and confirm in the Alipay app.

You receive an email receipt right away, and we contact you within 1 business day.
- Currency
- Prices on this page are in Canadian dollars (CAD); the payment site may also offer other currencies such as USD, and the currency is shown before you pay. WeChat Pay and Alipay are available for CAD payments, and your wallet may show the amount converted to RMB at the wallet provider’s exchange rate.
- Security
- Card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number or wallet credentials.
- Refunds
- First purchases can be fully refunded within 7 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method, including WeChat Pay and Alipay. Refund Policy
- Subscriptions
