Refund Policy

This policy applies to services purchased on our payment site, pay.globularcluster.ca.

When you can get a refund

  • Within 7 days of your first purchase: the first payment of a subscription, or any one-time prepaid order, can be fully refunded within 7 days of payment — no reason needed.
  • If we cannot provide a service you have paid for, we refund the undelivered portion.

What is not refundable

  • Subscription renewal charges are not refundable. You can cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the close of the current paid period and you will not be charged again.
  • First purchases more than 7 days old.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the email used to order, the payment date and the amount.
  2. We will confirm within 2 business days.
  3. Refunds go back to the original payment method — card payments to the card, Alipay payments to the original Alipay account — usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or wallet provider.

Once refunded, the related service ends; for subscriptions, the subscription is cancelled as well.
